Both of these were gifts, that's why I never got one that was meant for macro. Now I have a Nikon Coolpix P900, which is definitely not meant for macro photography, and the "macro" setting is a lot worse than my old Canon camera. I'm pretty sure it was a Canon Powershot SX30, which I don't think was meant for macro photography at all. I used to have a Canon camera with a "macro" setting that I loved to take photos with. I know a little bit about photography, like ISO, exposure, and f-stop, but I'm definitely willing to watch tutorials and learn more. I've only ever owned point and shoot cameras, but I've never liked the image quality that much.
